Abstract
There are a great many of solid refuse including mining abolish stone, wall rocks, tailings and so on. Which have polluted soil, water, air and ecological environment. Its comprehensive utilization has already caused the extensive attention. It is very necessary for the comprehensive utilization evaluation, which makes government decision more reasonable. In this paper, the tailing comprehensive utilization model was set up by applying the approach of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The model is used to appraise the comprehen-sive utiliztion of six different types of tailings in Daye city. The results show that the model has a strong applicability and exactly reflects the effect of various elements on the tailings utilization. The study can provide a basis for mining solid waste comprehensive utilization.
