Abstract :
The paper discussed the regional development law of land reform to follow, form the current land management system. It analyzed the definite of land reform to strengthen the understanding of the current land system, and specific to explore the reform and improvement of the existing system of the land based on the characteristics of the market economy, and it has certain practical significance.
