Project Management Office- A New Organizational Form of the Multi-Project Management in the Real Estate Enterprises

Based on the concept of multi-project management, it is pointed out that the key to multi-project management of real estate enterprises is to solve the strategic problems, resource problems and coordination problems. The functions of the project management office is evolved with the specific needs of enterprise project management, this paper will introduce the organizational form of Project Management Office into multi-project management of the real estate enterprise, and discuss its organizational structure, functions, setting and operation in detail.
