Abstract

Innovation is a basic requirement for human being civilization progress, Educational and administrational innovation is the necessity for both externally social and economic development, and internally spanning-mode development of education system itself. Educational and administrational innovation must conform to the object of modernization to realize sustainable development. Against the backdrop of our nation modern market-oriented economy, mercerization, socialization, globalization, information and flexibility should be the main innovation development objectives for education administration.
