Abstract :
Based on the analysis of knowledge management and its characteristics, the types of knowledge management system and the concept of core competence are stated in this paper. Then, with the relationship between the core competence of the future aero-industry and the knowledge management, this paper puts forward the strategies of the knowledge management for the aero-industry.
