An Adjustment Method of Experts´ Weights in Group Decision

In multi-attribute group decision making, The weights of experts directly affect group decision making. In this paper, from an objective point of view, An adjustment method of experts´ weights is proposed on the basis of concrete judgement abilities of experts. Furthermore, a new uncertain multi-attribute group decision method is put forward, Finally, an example verifies its validity.
