Abstract :
With the quick development of science and technology, weapon equipments become more and more intricate and have very high technology content. It brings the problem of high equipment acquisition risk and cost. How to overcome the problem aroused many concerns, and a lot of acquisition strategies were put forward. But most of the strategies are qualitative analysis from the angle of economics and can not give the exact mathematic model. In this paper, an optimization acquisition strategy of complicated equipment is presented. At first, we make a deep research on the process of equipments acquisition. Then an exact optimization equipment acquisition mathematic model which contains three target functions like the best equipment quality and lowest cost and wastage and some constrains is put forward. After this, taboo search evolutionary algorithm is given to overcome it. At last, the good performance of the strategy is proved by the simulation experiments.
