Abstract :
Based on data of the simulation rainfall and natural rainfall in the last l2 years, development and change laws and energy equation of runoff on the fallow plots with 20 meters length and different slope degree (3° ~15°) and with 9% slope degree and different length (20m~60m) were studied. Amount of soil loss was measured under above Condition and effect of runoff the amount was discussed.
