Abstract
To solve the problem of conventional maintenance decision method for failing to fully utilize large amounts of information of the same kind systems and less current system state information, the key procedure of proactive maintenance decision based on condition monitoring information is established. A novel maintenance decision method based on proportional hazard models algorithm orienting operational state information is proposed. The implementation process is analyzed in details. According to the test data, less state test data is applied to determine the maintenance time of the system. Numerical investigation on the method is carried out. Examples analysis of locomotive bearing verified acquisition procedure of condition based maintenance strategy.
