Abstract :
Tailor rolled blank(TRB) is an new techniques of metal sheets, its manufacturing technology is involved in the process of multi-fields and multi-subjects synergism. For shorted exploiting cycle, reducing designing cost and improving the shape quality, the design method, namely rapid virtual design, was put forward for modeling of TRB rolled processes. Its flow chart, design system and structure were established. Simultaneously, the Rapid virtual design proceeding and the frame model based on integrated modeling conditions were presented. These will provide the technology support for rolled TRB and impulse the application of TRB in auto-body ligh-weight.
