Abstract :
Teachers in a university do not only lecture, but also many other things, such as educational research, scientific research, etc. This paper analysis the problems in performance review of university teachers at first. Then the principle to design the comprehensive evaluation model for performance review of university teachers is proposed. The principal component in the model and the method to do performance examination are also shown here.
