Abstract
The paper establishes the evaluation index system of resource allocation in S&T. The method of DEA is adopted here to evaluate not only the technical efficiency of fiscal input in S&T in different regions and economic growth but the co-efficiency of the technique and the scale on the basis of the data in 2006 of the fiscal input in S&T in 31 regions and the economic growth.
