Abstract :
The main reasons of stagnant coalbed methane(CBM) production include resource right ownership, industrial policy and engineering management in China. Scientific management of each stage can reduce venture capital and save mining cost, and realize commercial exploitation. Based on the management disadvantages of CBM development, the study puts forward the favorable measures avoiding the risk of investment and reducing the cost of CBM exploitation, which provides scientific guidance for sustainable development of CBM industry.
