  • Abstract
    Taking a gas-assisted injection-moulded semicircular reinforced structure part as the object of study, A numerical simulation was carried out for the reinforced structure part using MPI/3D GAS in Moldflow 6.1 software.The manipulation procedures of gas-assisted molding simulation in Moldflow software were given. 6 technical parameters in gas-assisted injection molding was investigated with the methods of orthogonal experiment .The influence rule of the processing parameters on gas penetration were studied.
