Abstract :
This article focuses on the performance measurement of non-for-profit organizations. Most of the existing researches just copy the method for the for-profit organizations performance measurement and apply to the non-for-profit organizations. In this article, I find out that there no core performance measures in the non-for-profit organizations which make the core-measurement, the method of for-profit organization performance measurement, invalid. So I analyze the performance measure of non-for-profit organization from the perspective of resources allocation efficiency. The performance measurement is the appraisal of resources allocation efficiency by Pareto Optimal under the environment of non-core goals. I set up a method using DEA to measure the performance of non-for-profit organizations without core measurements.
