Abstract :
Rational assignment of passenger flow between parallel railway lines is a base of optimizing transport organization for high-speed railway and the existing railway. Firstly, this paper analyzed the influencing factors of passenger travel choice behavior and set up a generalized cost function, then used the generalized cost function to replace utility function of Logit model. An improved Logit model was set up. Finally, application of the model was studied by taking competition of high-speed railway and the existing railway in Wuhan-Guangzhou railway transportation corridor as the case.
