Abstract :
The influences of pre-treatment temperature and time on bio-hydrogen production technology by anaerobic fermentation were studied in this paper, in order to provide basic data for quickening bio-hydrogen production technology. The results show that the best conditions are the temperature being 80°C, the time being 10min and the PH value being 5.5, and the highest hydrogen production rate is 1.36mol/mol-glucose. In which conditions, acetic acid is the predominant fermentation metabolic product.
