Abstract
The system focused on the detection of integrated multi-parameter in the fermentation industry. We can achieve parameters of glucose, lactic acid and glutamic acid just by one sample and one sensor. The ancillary instrumentation based on m16(AVR) revealed the values of multi-parameter detection, simple and accurate, with some useful functions such as storage, query, upload etc.
