Abstract :
A testing device for torque extraction generator based on IPC is presented in this paper. It may be automatic and manual operating. Its hardware adopts industry PC, multifunction cards, communication card, kinds of sensor and electric equipment. The brushless dc motor is adopted as the drive electrical machinery. Its software is Windows XP and LabView technology. It can measure voltage, current, power, rotate speed, torque and axis power etc real-time. Its test result has characteristics of high reliability, rapid and intuitionistic. So it can improve efficiency of maintenance test greatly.
