Abstract
Based on DEA model, this paper discusses the influence of state of economy in different industries on the senior managers´ operating performance and excludes the influence of various uncontrollable factors on senior managers´ operating performance by mathematical methods, which makes the new evaluation method more fair and reasonable. This new method is proved to be effective and practical by evaluation and comparing the senior managers´ performance of 22 SASAC listed companies, which provides a more effective method for evaluation the senior managers´ operating performance objectively and fairly.
