Abstract :
3D model was established by analyzing the flow of ceramic paste in the screw channel. Set the boundary conditions on the premises of "only the barrel rotating", "only the screw rotating", "only the flight rotating" and "the screw root and flight rotating together" respectively, numerically simulated the paste flow with finite element analysis software ANSYS, analyzed the individual effect of barrel, screw root, screw flight on the paste flow, simulated the 3D velocity field, pressure field, compared and analyzed the results on the four different premises.
