Abstract
The function factors of modern logistics are the emphasis of value creation. The analysis on logistics enterprises´ service characteristics contributes to the realization of value creation. The classification of logistics service function may benefit on the value creation through the organization network. Based on value chain theory, the article analyzes on the intention of value creation through strategic alliance and knowledge information sharing in the networking organization.
