Abstract :
Teaching process in college has the characteristics of Markov chain, and, evaluation of university teaching plays an important role in improving the management levels. By using the Markov chain, it selects four ranks of comprehensive evaluation results in different specialties to make an analysis in state shift; then, it carries on the specialized teaching gradual appraisal by means of transfer matrix´s progressive matrix and its efficiency degrees; finally, according to steady-state vector, it forecasts long-term effect of specialized teaching. It´s better to use comprehensive evaluation scores to reflect the quality of teaching, which provides the guidance for development of college teaching levels.
