Abstract :
For features of planning and design´s evaluation, and on basis of the principles of establishing evaluation index system, this paper established the comprehensive evaluation index system of residential planning and design program; In the use of analytical hierarchy process to determine weights of evaluation indexes, and based on the character of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method that using dimensionless membership to fit evaluation indexes, this paper also constructed evaluation and optimization model of residential planning and design program. Finally, an example shows that the model is feasible and practical in practice. The result of this research point out: combining AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, it can realize quantification of qualitative issues and reduce impact of human factors in the weighted process, in order to make evaluation results more reasonable and reliable, and also provide reference for solving other similar decision-making problems.
