Empirical Study on Flexible Network Growth of Industrial Cluster in Liaoning Province

From the viewpoint of flexible strategy and network innovative height, industrial clusters possessed significant regional characteristics and strategic competition become the research objects in the paper. Three networks such as dynamic distribution networks, agile trading network and open social relation network and so on successfully operate in regional economy environment of liaoning province. On the basis of gathering large empirical material log-linear model and Eviews 5.0 statistical software are used to analyze the empirical data, through which factors affecting the dynamic growth of industrial cluster in Liaoning province in flexible network framework are identified. Finally, three policy recommendations are proposed to promote greater development of Liaoning economy.
