Database Technology in Network Document Management System

In order to descript how Database Technology can be used in Network Document Management System, this paper analyses the requirement of the system, and then, the paper descript the detail from these aspects: database design, security design and database optimization. Firstly, the paper shows how we can design the data storage method and the database of network document management system so that the design can meet the requirement, then, the paper descript three way to optimization the database: data table partition, primary key design and index selection, data query optimization is also introduced. At the end of the paper, database security design, a very important aspect of our application, is decrypted. In a word, this paper shows almost every aspect of database we should take care in a network document management system.
