Abstract :
In the paper, a simple motion controller based on LM628 is developed, aiming at the few axes medium-sized and minitype numerical control system. This controller achieves many functions, such as multi-axes linkage, beeline and circular arc interpolation, position and condition reporting, digital PID filter, special I/O and configurable I/O and so on. It can be used to numerical control machine tool machining and motion control of automatic navigation dolly. In the practice, it is proved that the controller can shorten the developing period of servo controller, and simplify the hardware circuit and reduce the developing costs.
