Research on Entropy Model Construction Evolved from Compensation Administration System

The thesis introduces entropy and dissipative structure theory of thermodynamics into the evolved study of compensation administration system. According to the compensation administration system´s dissipative characteristics, entropy model is constructed on the basis of evolving compensation administration system. Through the quantization in terms of entropy, the thesis investigates the evolution state and conditions of compensation administration system at specific time point and provides suggestions for the reform of compensation administration system.
