  • Abstract
    This paper presents an application of improved 6σ method as a statistical tool in quality improvement of electric company products. Using DMAIC method to define, measure, analyze, improve and control the key process during the production, combine with the Statistical Process Control (SPC) method to statistics and analyze the measured data. Find the process capability does not meet 3σ level, using the experimental design method of Taguchi method to improve and control. Not only largely improve the process capability after the design periods, but also make the products with more robust performance, achieve the significant effect of 6σ quality improvement.
