Logistics Countermeasures for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Industrial Cluster

In this article, taking the cluster of small and medium-sized enterprises in Guangdong as an example, we try to figure out a solution to the problem of how to improve the competitiveness and the general sustainable development potential of the cluster. We also analyze the relation between the development of the cluster and modern logistics from the angle of industrial cluster. In this way, we focus on the current situation of logistics in cluster and try to find out the problems of the cluster and the enterprises inside, and finally give countermeasure for improving the logistics level of the enterprises and optimizing the operation of logistics.
