Abstract
According to the ship maneuvering control system block diagram of artificial. the paper does the analysis for factors of steady state of ship, and establishes their own transfer function, and does the simulation, and proposes indicators of various aspects, from the people, ships and ship systems. Finally, simulation is done for the optimal control of ship steady state and a strategy to maintain a smooth sailing ship is proposed.
