Abstract
Focusing on flight simulator Boeing737-300 produced by NASA, this paper analyzes the cruise longitudinal stability of the simulator and designs control law of a pitching stance hold mode and an altitude hold mode for autopilot system based on classical control theory. Parameters of controller are optimized by using Signal Constraint module of MATLAB. This method avoids the complex programming and calculating, allows the system to meet air quality requirements. Results of the study indicate that the system has good stability, dynamic and robust.
