Abstract :
Since multifarious service will be provided by logistics enterprises, selecting an optimal logistics enterprise is one pivotal purpose of the manufacture enterprises. Considering the important uncertainty factors such as enterprise magnitude, transport capability and stockpile capability, an integrated approach (IA) based on the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) was put forward, which could evaluate the logistics efficiency of the enterprises and select the optimal logistics enterprise reliably. At last, an enterprise selecting example was provided, and the result illuminated the approach was effective and feasible to select more optimal logistics enterprise.
