Abstract
This paper introduces a non-contact temperature monitoring system applied to the stator of evaporative cooling hydrogenerators. Firstly, the importance of stator temperature monitoring of hydrogenerator is explained, and the current development of the stator temperature measurement is introduced. Secondly, the design of the stator temperature measurement that we studied is proposed in detail. Thirdly, by comparing with data measured by thermocouples, the stability and accuracy of this system are demonstrated. Finally, by the summary of the actual effect and aspects to be improved, the expansion application of this system is instructed.
