Abstract :
The plasma flat lamp(PFL) is used as light source of LCD backlight system and general lighting systems. This PFL has many advantages over the conventional fluorescent lamps relative to optical performances, energy-savings and so on. The technology development for efficiency enhancement of Plasma Flat Lamp has been going on continuously. In this study, we have proposed the driving circuit with energy recovery function for high power efficiency. Also, we proved the validity of proposed design method through the experimental results.
