Abstract :
By analyzing market research results of motorcycle helmets, this article proposes the improved motorcycle helmet safety design after discussing helmets´ function, structure, materials, ergonomics, color, and many other characteristics. The design makes use of “honeycomb“ structure, solar panels and other methods to improve the safety performance of protective helmets, accomplishes motorcycle helmets safety innovation design.
