Abstract
Integrated ceiling industry faces product duplicating and homogenization competition. JINDING brand must make its differentiation way if it intends to gain considerable development and success. It points out that JINDING brand can make its product way on classical or archaized style and introduces a new enterprise idea of “Pioneer of Archaized Ceiling ”. By the way of searching segment market and serving high and medium home decorating, it matchs classical style product image with luxury and comfortable decorating style. In this way, point to area, promote enterprise brand ungrading. They should make use of external excellent design resources and integrate internal design power, go in for product development, use market methods like releasing through large expo in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou and make more ceiling distributors know the advantages and potentials of JINDING company.
