Abstract :
Improved design was mainly adopted in the form design of electromechanical products, based on the information customers´ percept about the form perceptual image of case products. On the basis of deconstruction of case products form, the construction process of composition of product form system elements, the structural form among elements, and the product form image space were introduced in this study. Mathematical models of product form system and form perceptual image space were put forward to build the information base framework of customers´ perception about product form image was built, the development method for the information base system was proposed based on Web technology. The family car styling was taken as an example to illustrate application of this system.
