  • Abstract
    In this paper, the structure and processing technology of double-color toothbrushes were analyzed. Filling process of plastic melt was simulated with the application of software Moldflow. Parameters of flow balance, injection pressure, fill time and cross-section sizes of secondary runners were obtained. Flow balance and filling effect were improved. Mould structure of double-color toothbrushes and key parts of mould were designed based on UG. Compared with traditional injection mould design methods, CAD/CAE technology shortens the cycle of mould design and development, reduces production cost and improves the quality of mould.
