Abstract
Due to the rapid increase in the number of vehicles traveling between Hong Kong and southern China, the corresponding increase in toxic gas emission would be hazardous to the respiratory system of human beings. Therefore, it is essential to create a kind of vehicle operation system to minimize the toxic gas emission level and at the same time increase energy consumption efficiency. In this paper, an integrative vehicle management model is designed for constructing a new vehicle engine so as to reduce the toxic gas emission level.
