Abstract :
Recently, the market competition is becoming increasingly intense. For a company, especially Manufacture, quick and accurate response to customer demand is very important embodiment of the competitiveness. From MTS to MTO, the operation strategic has been changed. AS/RS can improve warehouse operation efficiency, but its vast investment make some managers of small and medium enterprises difficult to decide confidently, so the feasibility analysis and system design before investment is very important. The traditional process simulation technology, such as flowcharts, system simulation software, etc., is very time-consuming in complex system. Therefore, in this article, we first construct the library of general model. The time of the complex system modeling can be shortened through rapidly assembling corresponding modules in model repository. And combining the UML technology, we can accurate grasp of customer demand. As a result, service requirements can be responded rapidly and accurately.
