Abstract :
This digest first proposes a scheme of detecting low-frequency vibration based on down-sampled position error signal (PES). When vibration is detected, vibration compensation method is applied to identify and compensate the vibration-induced disturbance from plant input. Hard drive experiment on vibration shaker validated the effectiveness of this scheme.
