Abstract :
Modeling business requirements and improving business-IT alignment is the primary success factor for any information system, and more specifically for any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Despite the wide-spread adoption of ERP solutions, there is a limited study concerning requirement management challenges associated with ERP deployment. In this paper a holistic requirement management framework is proposed to address the misfit between the enterprise requirements and supported ERP functionality throughout the deployment process.
