Abstract
An automatic system for clip turning operation is developed in a company, which consists of a CKM6125 NC lathe and a series of mechanisms, designed to be driven by PLC-controlled pneumatic cylinders. This system in operation fulfils the production requirements of the company with reliable and stable performances and reduces working intensity and hidden safety troubles.
