Abstract :
Using metal cutting theory to research detecting cutting force on-line rationale and test principle, take electric motor input power as intermediate value, uses a way which of the direct measure stator winding transient voltage and the electric current to test cutting force, to realize monitor on-line cutting force of the machine tool. The concrete has designed the single chip computer system´s hardware principle structure and the test program structure and the main module flow for which test real-time cutting force.
