Abstract :
Emergency plan plays an important role in emergency disposal processes. As the basis of emergency decision making, emergency plan can guarantee the rescue actions carried out quickly and effectively and reduce loss of accident as possible. In this paper, logic programming and decision-theoretic planning are used to study emergency decision basing on emergency plan templates. Situation calculus is used to formal represent emergency plan and its disposal processes. Markov decision processes(MDP) is used to generate disposal scheme dynamically for nondeterministic disposal processes according to the emergency situation.
