Abstract :
Investigated on the process of producing “Skinpro Feminine Care Lotion” and Fuzzy Proportion-Integral-Derivative (FPID) Control System for temperature control. A method of tuning width of fuzzy membership functions by using Particle Swarm optimization is explored, without expert experiment, this method can adjust the width of membership functions on-line. Simulation and real test show that, using this method can obviously reduce the fluctuation of the temperature.
