  • Abstract
    According to the development of IT and business environment changing, work processing way and work scope gradually has expanded and becomes more complex. User also requested better work improvement. Especially, participating entities was various and new business would be adding into the existed environment in the domestic or global logistics. Furthermore, work method should mingle e-document processing and manual processing, and non-standard data model was used. As a result, it is difficult to link between service systems and it is impossible to trace the logistics SCM view of flow. Therefore, this paper proposes work flow modeling and data model to trace the logistics SCM view of flow for consignment moved by transport means in logistics business.
