Abstract :
This paper studies the photovoltaic supply chain coordination under polysilicon capacity constraints, and separately builds revenue sharing contract model under polysilicon capacity constraints and cooperative R&D contract model break polysilicon capacity constraints, the research shows that i) Under the revenue sharing contract for Photovoltaic supply chain under Polysilicon capacity constraints, the coordinated wholesale price decreases with the rate of revenue sharing increasing, and Polysilicon chips manufacturer (PCM)´s profit increases while the Photovoltaic system manufacturer (PSM)´s profit decreases with rate of revenue sharing increasing. ii) Under the cooperative R&D contract for Photovoltaic supply chain under Polysilicon capacity constraints, the coordinated wholesale price decreases with the rate of R&D fund provided by PSM increasing, and PCM´s profit decreases while the PSM´s profit increases with R&D fund provided by PSM increasing.
