Abstract
For the decision making problems, weights reflect index´s comparatively importance. Their values directly decide the correctness of decision making results. Weights possess fuzzy and uncertain characteristics. Meanwhile their values are confirmed by decision-makers´ experiences and purposes. Usually decision makers are willing or able to provide interval information, because of lack of knowledge or data, their limited experience or time pressure. The research about fuzzy weights under interval number is a key aspect in decision making science. This paper discusses two fuzzy weights´ calculation methods under interval number. The first method basing on Collection Statistic, compared with the second method based on Interval Group Analytic Hierarchy Process (IGAHP). These two methods´ principles and calculation steps are introduced. In the end of each method´s discussion, one case study is given, in order to testify each method´s feasibility and differences.
